Matt Reilly is an Engineer with ParaTeq Computer Systems, Inc.

Matt earned a BSEE degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1981, and went on to complete an MSEE and Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon. In between he helped design and build Digital Equipment Corporation’s first 64 processor shared memory multiprocessor. After a long while in the Alpha Development Group, he founded SiCortex with Jud Leonard and John Mucci where he was Chief Engineer, and Vice President of Semiconductors and Systems.

Matt is now building a new generation of heterogeneous cluster computing platforms with his colleagues at ParaTeq Computer Systems.

Matt has been designing computer systems and widgets for a while now, and is finally beginning to get the hang of it.
